‘Pas Podda’ and 3 others injured in shooting opposite Gampaha Court

At least four persons including underworld figure Saman Rohitha Perera alias ‘Pas Podda’ have been injured following a shooting incident in front of the Gampaha Magistrate’s Court.
The injured persons have been admitted to the Gampaha Hospital for treatment, Ada Derana reporter said.
However, one of the wounded persons is in critical condition, according to hospital sources.
Police are yet to uncover any information regarding the suspects who carried out the shooting and ascertain their motive.
Gampaha Police is conducting further investigations into the incident.
