Ex-Health Secretary gives statement to CID over human immunoglobulin controversy

The former Secretary to the Health Ministry, Janaka Chandragupta has left the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) premises after recording a statement.
Accordingly, Chandragupta has provided a statement with regard to the recent controversy over substandard human immunoglobulin vials.
