Two foreigners killed in bus-motorcycle collision

Two foreign nationals have been killed in a road accident involving a motorcycle and a private bus in the Midigama area on the Galle-Matara main road.

According to reports, the two foreign tourists were travelling on a scooter motorcycle when they collided with a bus plying from Matara to Colombo, killing them both on the spot.

The driver of the bus has reportedly been taken into custody while Midigama Police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
