Janaka Wakkumbura appointed State Minister of Environment

Janaka Wakkumbura has been sworn in as the State Minister of Provincial Councils, Local Government and Environment before President Ranil Wickremesinghe at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo, a short while ago.

The President’s Media Division reported that this appointment supplements his existing role as the State Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Government.
