Batticaloa District preferential vote results

The preferential vote results of the Batticaloa District in the 2024 General Election have been released.
ITAK’s Shanakiyan Rasamanickam has polled the highest number of preferential votes in the Batticaloa District while his party has secured 3 seats.
Kandasami Prabhu has managed to secure a parliamentary seat in the district for the NPP while M.L.A.M. Hizbullah. has secured a seat for the SLMC.
