Police seek public assistance to nab suspects involved in Rs. 15.2 mn robbery

Sri Lanka Police have requested for public assistance in relation to the apprehension of two suspects who are wanted in connection with a theft in the Norochcholai Police Domain.

Accordingly, a composite sketch of the duo which was drawn up by the forensic artist of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), based on information and descriptions obtained through complaints received in this regard, has been released to the media by the Police Media Division on 06 December, in a bid to seek public assistance in this regard.

The suspects are accused of threatening the owners of a house in the Nawakkaduwa area in Norochcholai, and looted cash and other valuables worth around Rs. 15,232,000.

Thus, the public has been requested to provide any available information about the suspects (pictured above) by contacting any of the following numbers:
