“Udarata Menike” train derails

The “Udarata Menike” express train operating from Badulla to Kandy and Colombo Fort has derailed near the Ulapane Railway Station, Sri Lanka Railways said.

As a result, the trains plying on the Main Line can experience delays, according to the railways department.
