All government schools in Nuwara Eliya District to remain closed tomorrow

All schools in the Nuwara Eliya District will remain closed tomorrow (04) due to the prevailing adverse weather conditions.

 

Nuwara Eliya Zonal Education Director D.M.S.D. Dissanayake said the decision was taken following instructions from the Secretary to the Central Provincial Ministry of Education, considering the severe weather affecting the district.

 

Accordingly, schools under the Nuwara Eliya, Hatton, Walapane, Kotmale and Hanguranketha education zones will remain closed.
