Sri Lanka posted 288/8 against Pakistan in the second One-Day International of the three-match series in Rawalpindi.

Janith Liyanage top scored with 54 off 63 deliveries.

Kamindu Mendis and Sadeera Samarawickrama contributed to the total with 44 and 42 respectively while Wanindu Hasaranga hit an unbeaten 37 off 26 balls.

For Pakistan Abrar Ahmed and Haris Rauf picked up three wickets apiece.

Earlier, Pakistan won the toss and elected to field first.

Sri Lanka trails the three-match series 0-1 after losing the series opener by 6 runs.
