May 9, 2019   09:34 am

Pivithuru Hela Urumaya (PHU) Leader MP Udaya Gammanpila claims that an official from the Embassy of United States for Sri Lanka has exerted influence on the local judiciary.

This is evident from the questions posed by an Embassy official at nine senior justices from Sri Lanka when they attended a workshop held on money laundering, in the US, stated the MP.

Gammanpila mentioned this addressing the parliament, yesterday (07).
