Two soldiers killed in murder-suicide...

Two army soldiers were killed following a shooting incident today (May 4) at a security checkpoint near the Naga Viharaya, Jaffna. Military Spokesman Brigadier P.R. Wanigasuriya stated that a soldier on duty had shot his friend, another soldier, using his official firearm and then turned the gun on himself. Preliminary inquiries had revealed that the incident had occurred over a personal dispute.
