Car plunges into lagoon...

A vehicle being recovered after it fell into the Puttalam Lagoon this morning due to the driver failing to control the speeding car. The passengers, from Dehiwala, were on their way to a wedding ceremony today (Jan 20) when the accident had occurred, however they were unharmed. (Pic by Jude Samantha)
