Chief Minister of the Northern Province C.V. Wigneswaran takes oath for the posts left vacant following the resignations of Provincial Agriculture Minister P. Aingaranesan and Education Minister T. Kurukularaja. He was sworn in before the Governor of the Northern Province Reginald Coorey.
