Minister of Justice, Human Rights and Legal Reforms Nimal Siripala de Silva together with the Secretary to the Ministry J.J. Ratnasiri participate in the official inauguration of the novel and unique undertaking of prison inmate rehabilitation through technological skills development for a better social integration and greater employability in a public–private partnership (PPP) between the Department of Prisons and Avant-Garde Group of Companies, at the Welikada Prison premises on Tuesday (Feb. 18).
