Govt and UNP hold talks on Covid-19...

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa and several ministers of the government today (01) participated in discussions with members of the United National Party (UNP) to update on steps taken to contain spread of COVID-19 and its economic fallout. Both parties agreed to ensure minimum impact to lives of people and efforts to be apolitical, the PMD said. Immense commitment of frontline officers and workers also received high praise.
