Major General (Retired) Sumedha Perera officially assumed duties as the Secretary to the Ministry of Mahaweli, Agriculture, Irrigation & Rural Development at the ministry premises on Tuesday (19). Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva, Defence Secretary Maj.Gen.
