Late Minister Thondaman sent off with State honors…

The final rites of late Leader of Ceylon Workers Congress (CWC) and Minister Arumugam Thondaman were performed on Sunday (May 31) at the Norwood Thondaman Grounds, under State sponsorship.

He passed away on May 26 due to a cardiac arrest, at the age of 55.

The late political figure served as the Minister of Community Empowerment and Estate Infrastructure Development at the time of his demise.
