Outgoing Health Minister welcomes successor…

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa reshuffled several Cabinet ministries this morning (August 16) which reorganized several top ministries including Health, Foreign Affairs, and Education. In the reshuffle, Minister Pavithra Wanniarachchi was removed from the Health Ministry and was assigned to the Ministry of Transport. Former Minister of Mass Media Keheliya Rambukwella was reassigned as the new Health Minister. Outgoing Health Minister Wanniarachchi welcomed her successor at the Suwasiripaya, where he assumed duties.
