Buddhist devotees were seen engaging in religious observances at the Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya, in view of Vesak Poya, which marks the three glorious events (Three Noble Events), the birth of Prince Siddhartha, Enlightenment of the Tathagata Gautama, and the reclining of the Buddha.
