Gotabaya returns to Sri Lanka...

Beleaguered former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa returned to Sri Lanka via SQ 468 flight belonging to Singapore Airlines that touched down at the Bandaranaike International Airport in Katunayake on Friday night (Sep 03). Upon his arrival, Rajapaksa was greeted by politicians. Meanwhile, the security at the airport was beefed up by the security forces and the police. Rajapaksa later arrived at his residence at Malalasekara Mawatha in Colombo 07 at around 12.50 a.m. today.
