President Mahinda Rajapaksa, who visited parliament today (August 19) to attend consultative committee meetings of the Port and Defense ministries, exchanged pleasantries with former Cabinet colleague Mangala Samaweera, who recently joined the UNP at the MP’s Restaurant of the Parliament.
