Navy cleans Kandy Lake…

The Sri Lanka Navy, in collaboration with the Clean Sri Lanka Secretariat, led a post-event cleanup of the historic Kandy Lake following the “Siri Dalada Wandanawa” spiritual gathering. Joined by the Departments of Irrigation and Archaeology, the operation aimed to preserve the lake’s beauty and ecological balance. The Navy reaffirmed its commitment to the Clean Sri Lanka initiative, promoting environmental responsibility and national ethical values.
