Decision incorrect, will inform through lawyers - DNA

The DNA today reacting to Fonseka losing his parliamentary seat said that they will through their lawyers inform both the Secretary General of Parliament and the Elections Commissioner that the decision was incorrect and that it needs to be revoked.

DNA General Secretary Vijtha Herath claimed that it was incorrect since the 30 month imprisonment sentence was given by a military court and not a civil court.
