Ranjan remanded till 18th

UNP MP Ranjan Ramanayake has been remanded till 18th October by the Kandy magistrate today. He was arrested yesterday over an allegation of fraud amounting to some Rupees one million.

 


Mr. Ramanayake has been remanded by Kandy Additional Magistrate Thanuja Jayathunga. He was arrested over a complaint lodged by a female teacher of a Kandy school.
