Final results of Anuradhapura District

The Election Commission of Sri Lanka has released the final results of the Anuradhapura District in the 2024 General Election with the National People’s Power (NPP) polling more than 64% of the total votes in the district. 

NPP has polled 312,441 votes to win the district while the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) is second with 109,691 votes (22.75%).

Accordingly, the NPP has secured 7 seats in the district while the SJB has won two seats in the district. 

National People’s Power (NPP) – 312,441 (7 seats)
Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) – 109,691 (2 seats)
New Democratic Front (NDF) – 26,309
Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) – 12,373
‘Sarvajana Balaya’ (SRJB) – 7,602
