Fonseka petition to be heard on Nov 10

The three judge bench appointed to hear the petition filed by DNA Leader Sarath Fonseka seeking for an order allowing him to participate parliament meetings will hear the petition on November 10. A three member judge bench was appointed after the earlier two member judge bench appointed to hear the same petition gave a divided decision.
