White Flag case: Shavendra Silva to appear before court

The Colombo High Court today issued summons to Maj. Gen. Shavendra Silva to appear before court as a witness to the ‘White Flag’ case on November 15. When the case was heard today the Government Deputy Solicitor General stated that it was necessary to hear the witness of Maj. Gen. Silva as he is the third witness to the case.
