Power restored to over 50% of the country: Ministry

The power supply has now been restored to over 50% of the country, according to the Ministry of Energy.
The Secretary to the Ministry of Energy said that power has been restored to over 50% of the areas in the country including major cities and institutions.
Accordingly, supply to the rest of the areas in the country will be restored within the next few hours, the secretary said.
