29-year-old found shot dead at beach in Pamunugama

A 29-year-old youth has been found shot dead by an unidentified gunman at the Morganwatta Beach in Pamunugama, Ja-Ela.
Police said that the shooting has been carried out using a T-56 assault rifle and that the victim is a resident of Kadawatha.
No information on the gunman and the motive for the killing is available yet, police said.
