Special press briefing on underworld activities and national security

A special press briefing is currently underway to address issues related to the control of underworld gang conflicts and the security situation in the country.
The special press briefing is being attended by the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence, Air Vice Marshal (Retired) Sampath Thuyacontha, and the Acting Inspector General of Police, Priyantha Weerasuriya.
