Colombo HC sentences couple to death for torturing adopted child

The Colombo High Court has sentenced a couple to death after they were found guilty of torturing their two-year-old adopted child to death.
Following an extended hearing of the case, Colombo High Court Judge Sujeewa Nissanka issued the verdict today (06), Ada Derana reporter said.
