NPP secures Naula and Pallepola Pradeshiya Sabhas, SJB tops Laggala-Pallegama PS

The National People’s Power secured victories in the Naula and Pallepola Pradeshiya Sabhas while the Samagi Jana Balawegaya claimed the Laggala-Pallegama Pradeshiya Sabha of the Matale District. 
    
Naula PS – Matale 

National People’s Power (NPP) – 7,312 (9 seats)
Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) – 3,964 (4 seats)
Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) – 2,314 (2 seats)
‘Sarvajana Balaya’ (SB) – 1,080 (1 seat)
United National Party (UNP) – 623 (1 seat)
United Republican Front (URF) – 527 (1 seat)


Pallepola PS – Matale    

National People’s Power (NPP) – 7,684 (9 seats)
Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) – 3,530 (3 seats)
Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) – 2,186 (2 seats)
United National Party (UNP) – 1,301 (1 seat)
People’s Alliance (PA) – 1,154 (1 seat)  
 ‘Sarvajana Balaya’ (SB) – 577 (1 seat)


Laggala-Pallegama PS – Matale 

Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) – 3,380 (6 seats)
National People’s Power (NPP) – 3,230 (6 seats)
Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) – 1,525 (3 seats)
‘Sarvajana Balaya’ (SB) – 446 (1 seat)
