Health sector is trapped by the ‘drug mafia’ - Herath

The JVP says that the Senaka Bibile Drugs policy has to be implemented with immediate effect. The main reason for medical drugs profiteering is due to the country not having a proper drug policy, says Vijitha Herath.


Speaking at a press conference today (December 05) the Propaganda Secretary of the JVP said that drug trafficking is only second to arms trafficking, and that the country’s health sector has also got involved with the ‘drug mafia’.
