The Colombo Magistrate Court today released Inter University Student Federation Udul Premarathne on bail as per the High Court decision given yesterday. He was release on a cash bail of Rs. 50,000 and a personal bail of Rs. 500,000.

 

The Colombo High Court barred Udul from participating in pasting posters and taking part in meetings related to student movements completely.

 

If complaints are received that he took part in any such activity the High Court had stated that his bail will be cancelled and taken into remand custody again.
