Keerthibandarapura Traffic OIC arrested for soliciting bribe

The Officer-in-Charge of the Keerthibandarapura Traffic Division has been taken into custody by officials of the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption.
The OIC was arrested by Bribery Commission officials while allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs. 10,000 from a lorry driver.
The arrested officer is scheduled to be presented before the Walapane Magistrate’s Court.
