Five injured in shooting incident at Borella

At least five individuals have been injured and admitted to the National Hospital in Colombo following a shooting incident that occurred at Sahasrapura in Borella.
The incident occurred around 8:40 p.m. today (07), near the Sirisara Uyana apartment complex in Sahasrapura.
According to police, two unidentified individuals arrived on a scooter and opened fire using a T-56 assault rifle before fleeing the area.
