Three injured after lorry crashes, catches fire on Southern Expressway

A lorry traveling along the Southern Expressway from Kottawa has crashed into a safety barrier in Kurundugahahetekma and caught fire, police stated.
Police stated that the lorry immediately caught fire following the accident.
Furthermore, three individuals have sustained injuries in the incident.
They have been admitted to the Elpitiya Base Hospital for treatment.
