ASPI crosses 21,000 for the first time

The All Share Price Index (ASPI) of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) surpassed the 21,000-point mark for the first time in history, during this morning’s (29) trading session.

At around 11.00 a.m., the index stood at 21,003.97 points, reflecting an increase of 203.71 points compared to the previous trading day.

Today’s turnover is recorded as over Rs. 2.5 billion.
