Body of a male found near canal in Ibbagamuwa

A body of a young male who had died under mysterious circumstances has been discovered near a canal in Ibbagamuwa by the Gokarella Police.
The deceased has been identified as a 21-year-old resident of Ibbagamuwa.
According to police, a complaint had been lodged this morning stating that the young man had been missing since last night.
The individual had been working at a livestock farm and had informed residents that he would return home after completing his shift. However, residents informed police that no contact was received from him after 10:00 p.m. yesterday.
Gokarella Police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
