CEB employee arrested for providing lodging to Sampath Manamperi

A Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) employee has been arrested by the Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) for allegedly providing accommodation to Sampath Manamperi, who is currently in remand in connection with the discovery of a buried container of chemicals used in manufacturing ‘Ice’ drugs in Middeniya.
