Fire breaks out at Galle Prison

A fire has reportedly broken out at the Galle Prison premises.
It is reported that two fire engines from the Galle Municipal Council have been dispatched to the scene to help extinguish the flames.
It has also been reported that relatives of inmates detained at the prison have gathered near the premises following the incident.
