Backhoe Saman’s brother-in-law arrested in Biyagama

The brother-in-law of notorious underworld criminal “Backhoe Saman” has been arrested in Biyagama along with drugs and a firearm.

Police said the suspect was arrested while in possession of 555 grams of heroin, a pistol and a magazine.
