Firearm in possession of ex-MP Uditha Lokubandara during Nugegoda rally taken into police custody

A pistol which was in possession of former MP Uditha Lokubandara during the joint opposition rally at Nugegoda on 21 November has been taken into police custody.

The Nugegoda Police Crimes Division has seized the weapon and is probing legality of its use.
