Directive issued for all prison officers amid disaster situation

The Commissioner General of Prisons has instructed prison officers who are unable to reach their designated workplaces due to the ongoing disaster situation in the country to report immediately to the nearest prison.

He further stated that the decision was made as a precautionary measure, given that security operations in prisons have been disrupted by the current adverse conditions.
