Divisional Secretaries to be notified when distributing aid to flood-affected areas

Colombo District Secretary Prasanna Ginige has requested to inform Divisional Secretariats when distributing aid to flood-affected people, and that arrangements be made to distribute the donations through the respective Divisional Secretariats.
