Train operations on coastal line disrupted following accident in Ambalangoda

Train operations have been disrupted following an accident in Ambalangoda.

The accident occurred near the 52nd milepost at Kariththa Kanda in Ambalangoda on the coastal railway line, where a lorry skidded onto the railway track.

Due to the accident, train operations have been disrupted, and according to Sri Lanka Railways five office trains have been delayed as a result.
