Duo arrested with over 5kg of heroin in Bentota

Police have arrested two individuals for the possession of 5 kilograms and 105 grams of heroin during a special operation in Bentota.
The raid was carried out in the Bentota Police Division by officers of the Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) following a tip-off.
The arrested suspects, aged 40 and 45, are residents of Bentota, police said.
Further investigations into the incident are underway.
