Arpico Supercentre awards Grand Prize of the “Merry Wheels” promotion

The award ceremony to give-away the grand prize of a Hyundai Santa Fe SUV worth Rs. 6.5Mn, to the winner of the Arpico Supercentre “Merry Wheels” promotion was held at the newly opened Arpico Supercentre in Wattala which is the most eco-friendly Supercentre in Sri Lanka.


The grand prize offered by Arpico Supercentre was the highest prize on offer during the season. Mr. Jaliya Devendra of Nugegoda, the winner of the brand new Hyundai Santa Fe SUV and 24 other loyal shoppers of Arpico who won Rs. 50,000 gift voucher each were awarded their respective prizes.


Generating over 500,000 entries, the Arpico Supercentre “Merry Wheel” Christmas Promotion was by far the most successful promotion carried out by the Supercentre. In order to stand a chance of winning the brand new Hyundai Santa Fe SUV, Arpico shoppers only had to make a minimum purchase of Rs. 3,000 inclusive of 3 nominated brands.The Arpico Supercentre “Merry Wheels” promotion that commenced on 18th November 2010 concluded on 2nd January 2011.
