SriLankan Airlines Chairman Sarath Ganegoda resigns

Sarath Ganegoda has resigned from his position as Chairman of SriLankan Airlines and SriLankan Catering, with effect from 31 March.
The SriLankan Airlines noted until a new Chairman is appointed by the Secretary to the Treasury, A.K.D.D. Dimal Arandara will serve as the Acting Chairman of both institutions. He will oversee the operations and governance of the two entities during the transition period.
Meanwhile, Director Rohan Goonetilleke has also stepped down from the Boards of SriLankan Airlines Limited and SriLankan Catering Limited.
