VIDEO: Maj. Gen. Hathurusingha given the Deshmanya honour

The Jaffna Security Forces Commander Major General Mahinda Hathurusingha was awarded the Deshamanya honour for social services and welfare and an honorary degree by the Sarasavi Institute of National Awarding.
He was awarded the honorary degree by the Director of the Jaffna Technical College, N. Yogarajan for the services and dedication he has shown towards uplifting the educational, social, economic and living conditions of the war-effected people of Jaffna.
